Service Description

Lip blushing is semi-permanent makeup procedure that can define & enhance the colour of your lips for 2-5 years. If aftercare instructions are followed, you can expect to see a 30-50% reduction in the pigment colour by the perfection session (4-6 weeks later). Results may vary depending on precautionary measures, aftercare instructions and medical conditions. PROCEDURE 1. Lip Exfoliant and Hydrator are applied to the lips. It is recommended that the client purchases a hydrating balm (Aquaphor is recommended) and uses this as much as possible prior to the appointment. The more hydrated the lips are, the better the results. 2. Vegan pigments are mixed and tested to design the lip colour of your choice. 3. Outline of lips are drawn on and approved by client 4. Lidocaine (Numbing) is applied for 20min. 5. Pigments are in inserted into skin using a PMU machine. 6. 4-6 weeks post initial appointment, perfecting session is required for minor corrections made after lips have been healed. AFTERCARE - Physical activity is not recommended 3 days post appointment. This can bring on swelling and may push out the pigments from within the skin. - No kissing for a week. Treat your lips as an open wound! - Cleanse with a mild cleanser daily - No Exfoliating for 4 days post procedure - Makeup on the lips can be worn on the 3rd day. However, the longer you can go without makeup the better. -No Swimming pools or Saunas - Apply aftercare balm - No picking at the crusts Day 1. 30 minutes after the treatment, the lips should be washed with provided neutral soap. Dab area every 2 hours with a wet cotton pad on the day of the procedure and reapply aftercare balm each time (always use a clean Q-tip). Day 2. Wash the lips gently in the morning and apply aftercare balm both in the morning and in the evening. Days 3-7. Apply provided balm in the morning and the evening after dabbing gently with cotton pad and water. If lips feel dry, feel free to moisturize a very thin layer of balm when needed. COVID- 19 POLICY - Mask must be worn to appointments. You will be required to wear your mask for some part of the appointment. Masks can also be purchased if required. - The area is deeply sanitized prior to your appointment. This includes all equipment as well as the lash bed. No blankets are being used due to COVID health and safety rules however you can bring your own. - You are required to sanitize hands upon arrival - If feeling unwell, please stay home!
